JINK Super Gateway VRF 3-in-1

Bring VRF air conditioning, fresh air and floor heating into one coordinated smart-building gateway. Designed for hotels, homes and offices, the 3-in-1 controller combines professional system interfaces with Matter over Thread connectivity.

Overview

A single compact gateway connects to supported VRF communication buses and provides auxiliary RS485 interfaces for fresh-air and floor-heating integration. Its local LCD shows the selected HVAC brand, detected unit count and operating information, while Bluetooth-assisted commissioning helps installers configure the gateway for the project.

Three systems. One gateway.

VRF air conditioning: AIRCON terminals support brand-specific HL, F1/F2 or XY communication buses.

Fresh air and floor heating: two RS485 A terminal pairs provide system-integration interfaces for supported fresh-air and heating equipment.

Smart-building integration: an additional RS485 interface connects to supported intelligent control systems. KNX terminals are reserved and should not be used unless enabled by the confirmed project configuration.

Matter. Built to connect.

Add the gateway to a compatible Matter app by scanning its pairing QR code or entering the setup code manually. Supported ecosystems documented for this product include Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings.

System requirement: Matter over Thread requires a compatible Matter controller and Thread Border Router. Available devices, controls, voice functions, remote access and automations vary by ecosystem, region and connected equipment.

VRF compatibility

Documented HVAC families include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, Toshiba, Panasonic, Hisense, Haier, YORK, Gree, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Midea, LG, AUX, Bosch, Samsung, Chigo, Trane, Carrier, McQuay and TICA.

Compatibility must be confirmed before ordering. Support depends on the exact HVAC model, series, system topology, communication bus, terminal mapping and gateway firmware. Please provide complete indoor- and outdoor-unit model numbers for project confirmation.

Commissioning

1. Confirm the complete HVAC system has passed the manufacturer’s commissioning test and has no active faults.
2. With power disconnected, wire the gateway to the correct HVAC communication bus for the confirmed brand and model.
3. Apply DC 12V power. The gateway begins searching for connected air-conditioning equipment.
4. Use the supported Bluetooth commissioning mini program to confirm or update the HVAC brand configuration.
5. Restart the gateway, verify normal device communication, then test operating mode, fan speed and temperature control.
6. Add the gateway to the selected Matter ecosystem using its pairing code.

Installation safety

Professional HVAC or low-voltage installation is recommended. Disconnect power before wiring. Terminal selection and wiring vary by HVAC brand and model; an incorrect connection can prevent discovery or damage equipment. Final installation must follow the confirmed model-specific wiring guide and all applicable local electrical requirements.
